Which floor, and the lift
Whether there is one, whether it needs booking, and how big it is. A sofa that will not fit in the lift goes down the stairs, and that changes the price.
Concierge and building rules
New-builds often want notice, proof of insurance, or moves only between certain hours. Tell us and we will work to it.
Where the van can stop
A loading bay, a red route, a permit street, or nothing at all. This is the single biggest variable in a flat move.
Shared hallways
Floor runners go down as standard, but if the freeholder is strict about communal areas it is worth saying so.
